F-Status? How is it processed for someone new to the DOE and not going on a leave to work F-Status? Their NYS Cert will not be in the system, etc.?

    If there is an SSN and address as applicant, they go on file with the state. Processing of F status is uneffected by NYCAPS.

    Fingerprints for all employees in DOE will be in NYCAPS. The file is not in HRS anymore.
